Grant of warrants
Copenhagen, 24 September 2009. In accordance with announcement no. 19/2008 the
Board of Directors in Maconomy A/S today decided to issue a number of warrants
to Marstrand Innovation A/S as the third batch of payment for the IP rights to
People Planner. The warrants are valid for the Maconomy share with ID code
DK0010274174.
The value is determined based on the average price of trades
executed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen five trading days after the publication of
the interim report for the first half of 2009. The value of the third batch is
calculated from an average price of DKK 6.124(based on trades made 19-25 August
2009) and includes 242,483 warrants. Using the Black & Scholes method based on
a volatility of 57% and an interest rate of 3.18%, the value of the granted
warrants is DKK 4.22 per warrant, resulting in a total of DKK 1,022,271. The
warrants can be exercised until 28 December 2009.
