Ms. Noll will serve as a litigation support attorney focusing primarily on the construction defect defense cases. As an integral part of the business litigation department, Ms. Noll's litigation experience transcends many facets of the De La Housaye & Associates trial work. Other experience includes advising city government on Charter City strategy and public programs, chairing bond measure and parcel tax campaigns and leading numerous community and educational support programs through all stages of evolution.
