Redemption of warrants has led to an increase in BioPhausia's share
capital by 1 193,75 kronor to a total a of 30 September 2009 by
 85 620 176,75 kronor, an a increase in the numbers of shares by 4
775 to a total of  342 480 707 with an equal number of votes.
