Lotta Jarleryd appointed new CFO for Acando

Lotta Jarleryd has been appointed new CFO (Chief Financial Officer) for Acando,
commencing on the 18th of January 2010.

Lotta Jarleryd, 43, is currently CFO for EPiServer AB, and prior to that, she
was CFO for Protect Data AB. In addition to that she has many years of
experience as a chartered accountant.

Acando Group. “Lotta will add valuable competence through her experience from
international fast growing companies, acquisitions and her background within
auditing.”

Lotta Jarleryd holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics and a
degree in journalism from the University of Stockholm. She replaces Bengt
Lejdström who, as previously announced, has been appointed new CFO for Intrum
Justitia.
