About amendments in IPAS Parex Asset Management investment funds documents

As of October 5, 2009 the Board of Parex Asset Management IPAS(PAM) has
accepted the amendments in the documentation on all of its investment funds.The
amendments include changes of PAM legal address, change of the legal address of
the Custodian AS Parex banka, as well as the update of the information on IPAS
Parex Asset Management Council composition, and the list of the funds managed
by the Company in PAM managed funds documentation. Amendments are in effect as
of the approval date, October 5-th, 2009.
