Critical Solutions Receives Order From Argon ST, Inc., Leading Provider of Combat, Intelligence and Surveillance Systems

Company's Renewable Energy Source to Power Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Sensors

ASHBURN, Va., Oct. 14, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Critical Solutions Inc. (Pink Sheets:CSLI), the designer of renewable energy tower systems, announces that the Company has received an order for its Mojo system from Argon ST, a leading developer of command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. The Mojo was sold through White Door, Inc., the Company's subsidiary that specializes in sales and marketing.

The Mojo has been deployed and will serve as a self-sustaining, renewable power source for Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) sensors installed in areas where no supporting infrastructure is available. Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) is a government initiative designed to generate actionable intelligence used in US counterterrorism efforts and maritime law enforcement.

The MDA sensors are used in persistent surveillance of ports and high value assets and are fielded for months at a time. The Company's remote power system, Mojo, uses a combination of solar and wind recharging which allows for continuous day/night operation, and the support structure for the solar panels and wind turbine allows the sensors to be mounted high above the ground increasing their fields of view.

President of White Door Inc., Jeff Sirianni, commented, "We are very pleased that our Mojo renewable energy source is being used to increase the safety of our country's ports. Our technology provides the best solution to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of MDA sensors by providing a self-sustaining power source that can function 24 hours a day. This is one of several military and surveillance operations that our products can enhance or make possible through our independent renewable power technology and we believe this order will provide great opportunities in these areas in the future."
