VINX Index Information: Anticipated adjustment of VINX 30 Index due to rights issue in DnB NOR (33/09)

The following information is based on a press release from DnB NOR
(NO0010031479) published on October 28, 2009 and may be subject to change. 

The board of DnB NOR has proposed that an Extra General Meeting (EGM), on
November 19, 2009, approves a rights issue where the subscription price will be
announced by the board immediately before the EGM. 

Provided that the EGM approves the proposed rights issue in DnB NOR, NASDAQ OMX
Global Index Group will act and adjust DnB NOR in accordance to the “Rules for
the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges' Tradable, All-Share,
Sector and Benchmark Indexes, rule 5.3. 

The Ex-date has been set to November 20, 2009. Further information will be
published when the terms of the rights issue have been announced.
