Summary: For the first nine months of 2009 the Affitech Group generated
revenues of DKK 3.2 million and a net loss of DKK 58.3 million. The net loss
includes restructuring charges of DKK 6.7 million and a write off of DKK 12.5
million related to assets and goodwill as previously announced on 30 September
2009. Research and development costs totalled DKK 24.7 million. The Company
still expects the net loss for 2009 to be DKK 67-69 million. The Group's
planned activities for 2009 will require additional capital and the Company is
currently engaged in discussions with existing and potential new shareholders
concerning the planned new financing. The Group may incur additional unbudgeted
expenses in relation to this financing and the board of directors and executive
management will review its forecast for 2009 on a continuing basis.
