Aricent Executives to Present at Telecoms World Middle East

Singhal will be participating in the panel discussion, "Excelling in customer experience as a key growth strategy." The panel will focus on how to grow and retain key corporate customers and marketing segments by moving away from the "all you can eat" business model.

Modarressi's presentation, "WiMAX - zero to revenue in 30 days," will examine the challenges and solutions faced by operators in emerging markets that are deploying wireless broadband technologies. Singhal Challenges traditional operations models and leads radically new ones from the front, which is demonstrated in his passion for the Software industry. Singhal holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and MBA from the London Business School.

Modarressi brings over 20 years of experience to his position at Aricent and is responsible for Aricent's Business Support Systems (BSS) practice. He has extensive experience in directing, building, staffing and integrating large IT organizations, and managing complex software development and system deployment projects. His operational experience includes managing large data centers running multiple critical business applications in a 24X7 operational environment. Prior to Aricent, Modarressi has held a variety of senior roles including VP and CIO of Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and Executive Director at NYNEX Science & Technology. He was also one of the founders and CIO of Everest Broadband Networks where he directed the planning, development and implementation of the systems infrastructure for the company. Modarressi holds a BSEE and MBA from Columbia University.
