Avaya's Proposed Acquisition of Nortel Enterprise Solutions Receives Investment Canada Act Approval


BASKING RIDGE, NJ--(Marketwire - December 4, 2009) - Avaya today announced that the Canadian Minister of Industry has approved the company's acquisition of Nortel Enterprise Solutions under the Investment Canada Act.
