VINX Index Information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark Index due to rights issue in TradeDoubler AB (44/09)

The following information is based on a press release from TradeDoubler AB
(TRAD) (SE0001552357) published on December 4, 2009. 

The EGM has on December 4, 2009 approved the proposed right issue in
TradeDoubler AB (1:2) rate SEK 25. NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will act and
adjust TradeDoubler AB in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and
Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges' Tradable, All-share, Sector and Benchmark
Indexes” rule 5.3. 

On the Ex date December 7, 2009 the number of shares for TradeDoubler AB (TRAD)
in VINXB will be increased from 28 581 633 to 42 872 449 shares.
