                          Disclosure Notice

Jonas af Jochnick (Co-founder and board member of Oriflame) has today
sold 1,000,000 shares in Oriflame Cosmetics SA.  The holding of Jonas
af Jochnick and  family will thereafter  amount to 4,057,217  shares,
corresponding to  approximately  7.2% of  the  votes and  capital  of
Oriflame Cosmetics SA.

"I have  today  sold 1,000,000  shares  in  Oriflame to  a  group  of
institutional  investors.   As  co-founder,  a  member  of  the Board
of Directors of Oriflame and  one of  the major  shareholders in  the
company, I want to make the following statement:
This transaction has been carried out to strengthen the liquidity and
to facilitate  the future  development of  companies where  I am  the
majority shareholder, primarily the health care company Medicover and
the private equity company Oresa  Ventures. Medicover has during  the
last few years  invested significant amounts  in acquisitions  within
the laboratory sector  and the  construction of a  large hospital  in
Warsaw. During the next few years investments of a similar  magnitude
is planned  and  the now  completed  sales of  Oriflame  shares  will
support the financing of these investments.
My commitment to Oriflame will remain the same and I am not  planning
any additional  divestments of  Oriflame  shares" Jonas  af  Jochnick
