Herlev, 11 December 2009 Company announcement no. 28/2009 Project financing for the Monte Grighine project Greentech Monte Grighine Srl. has now been informed by the lending banks that all terms and preconditions for drawing on the project financing are fulfilled, thus making the loan facility operational. The final loan proceeds amount to EUR 95.4 million, of which EUR 46.8 million will be disbursed to Greentech Energy Systems A/S. As a result, Greentech Monte Grighine Srl. has asked for permission to draw on the loan. Pursuant to the request filed, the first loan disbursement will be made on 15 December 2009. Greentech Energy Systems A/S' share of the first drawing on the loan amounts to EUR 39.9 million. The remaining loan proceeds will be disbursed during 2010. At the same time, Greentech Energy Systems A/S announces that the first wind turbine in the project has been connected to the grid, commencing commercial production. Commissioning and thus commercial production of all the turbines is expected to be finalised within the next two months.
