CAG MOVES CENTRAL FINANCE COORDINATION TO STOCKHOLM, AND APPOINTS NEW CFO AND COO


Håkan Claesson has been appointed interim CFO in Central Asia Gold, based in
Stockholm. This is done in connection with that the central finance
coordination of the operation is moved to Stockholm. 
Hakan has currently his own financial services consultancy firm. Håkan's
previous positions include as CFO and Controller with a great deal of
international experience in companies such as Balco, IKEA International and ABB
Fläkt Industri. Hakan Claesson succeeds CAGs former CFO, Yuri Ivanov, who is
leaving the company. 

Pavel Olishevskiy has been appointed new manager responsible for daily
operational activities, Chief Operational Officer (COO). 
Pavel, has a MS degree in Chemistry from Georgetown University in Washington,
DC, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with extensive experience in the
mining sector, most recent responsible for development of a business in
fluorite mining. Pavel has during the fall been engaged in the CAG process of
analyzing and making the action plan for CAGs different licenses. Pavel
Olishevskiy succeeds CAGs former COO, Sergey Gorbachev, who is leaving the
company.
