Thorkildsen Invest AS, 100% owned by CEO of RomReal Ltd, Kay Thorkildsen, has today purchased 100,000 shares at a price of NOK 1.60 per share in RomReal Ltd. Thorkildsen Invest AS' shares in RomReal following the trade are 385,000. Privately and through Thorkildsen Invest AS, Kay Thorkildsen owns 1,405,265 shares in Rom Real Ltd.
