Loomis acquires Hammond Services CIT operations

Stockholm, January 4, 2010 

Loomis Armored US, Inc., fully owned subsidiary of Loomis AB, has agreed to
acquire the assets and customers contracts from Hammond Services based in Idaho.

Loomis will acquire the customer contracts for customers based in the states of
Idaho and Montana along with taking on some of their employees. The acquired
contracts will add a yearly sale of ap-proximately $ 750,000 USD.  

“Through this acquisition, we will be able to further enhance our presence in
the Western States area with our existing customer base while also being able to
provide enhanced services such as SafePoint to markets we previously did not
service”, says Loomis' CEO Lars Blecko.
 
The acquired business will be consolidated in Loomis as of January 2010 and will
be integrated in Loomis' US subsidiary.
