(OTCBB:COYN), a software technology provider to law enforcement and emergency service professionals, is pleased to announce that the Company has begun the build out of a nationwide sales force with the addition of three senior industry sales executives. The addition of Richard O’Connor, Steve Roberts and Shaun Mitchell is part of a larger effort by COPsync to retain key industry leaders to assist the Company in rapidly expanding its existing customer base and increase the number of law enforcement officers currently utilizing its robust in-car law enforcement data collection and information sharing software.
Richard O’Connor joins COPsync as a Regional Sales Manager. Prior to joining COPsync, Richard O’Connor served as West Coast Territory Manager for one of the Nation’s largest Digital In-Car Video Systems manufacturers with annual sales revenues in excess of $25 million. Previously, Richard was an instrumental member of General Dynamic’s Itronix Division - Public Safety Vertical where his efforts helped secure numerous law enforcement agencies in Texas including Dallas PD and Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office (Ft. Worth). Additionally, while at General Dynamics, Richard secured major accounts for public safety in the Western USA, including Denver PD, Denver Fire, San Francisco’s DPT, Sacramento PD, Spokane PD/Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and the Washington State Patrol.

Steve is a graduate of Marion Military Institute (AA - Military Science), Sam Houston State University, and Texas A&M police academy. Steve is a veteran law enforcement officer.

Mr. Mitchell was also an account executive within the in-car video sector where he worked with Chiefs of Police and IT Directors.
