On the publication made by BNS on 22.01.2010

AS „Rīgas Elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca” taking into the account the publication
made by BNS on 22.01.2010. informs that in accordance to the State Revenue
service notice No.9.11/52 of 04.01.2010 the company's tax debt is LVL 206
620,08. 

The tax debt payoff is restructured.
