US Internet Acquires Internet Service Provider 3One Media Hawaii Corp.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - February 1, 2010) - US Internet, a global provider of Internet, hosting and digital phone services, today announced it has acquired 3One Media Corp. (Honolulu, Hawaii). Financial terms not disclosed.

3One Media Hawaii, which operates under the brand name Pacific Information Exchange, Inc. (http://www.pixi.net), has provided reliable internet services since September 1994. These include broadband Internet services, voice over IP telephone services, and internet delivered video, communication and entertainment services. In addition, 3One Media offerings include award-winning commercial Broadband over Power Line (BPL) access technology.
