Statistics for January 2010

In January 2010 AS Tallink Grupp transported 491 393 passengers which is 15%
decrease compared to January 2009. The number of trucks and trailers decreased
by 19.2% to 16 061 units in January 2010.

The operations were affected by the maintenance works of Superfast vessels and
cargo vessel Sea Wind. Thus there were no operations on the Germany-Finland
route and the cargo capacity was smaller in the Finland Sweden operations. On a
comparable basis, excluding the above operational changes the like for like
growth in cargo units was 1%.
