The following information is based on a press release from Betsson AB (Betsson) dated February 11, 2010 and may be subject to change. The board of Betsson will propose that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves a special dividend of SEK 3.25. The scheduled date for the AGM is May 6, 2010.
