trading in newly issued shares. The prospectus has been approved by, and
registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is now
available at CAG´s website, www.centralasiagold.se and the website of the
Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, www.fi.se.
The prospectus has been prepared due to the issue of shares in Central Asia
Gold with regard to the merger of Central Asia Gold and NMC in 2009.
