Kefren Properties IX AB, 556691-4031 (”Company”) - Resignation from the Board

Claus Klostermann has informed the Company that he intends to concentrate on
other activities and therefore has decided to resign from the Board of
Directors. 

Thereafter the Board of Directors comprises Ole Vagner, Helle M. Breinholt and
Per Johansson-Perrault.
