Change to the date of Tamfelt Corp.'s Annual General Meeting; announcement of the interim report for January-March 2010

CHANGE TO THE DATE OF TAMFELT CORP.'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING; ANNOUNCEMENT OF
THE INTERIM REPORT FOR JANUARY-MARCH 2010 

Tamfelt Corp. changes the date of the Annual General Meeting due to the
redemption proceedings regarding Tamfelt's minority shares initiated by Metso
Corporation. Tamfelt has previously announced that the Annual General Meeting
would be held on March 29, 2010. The new date of the Annual General Meeting
will be announced at a later stage. Pursuant to Tamfelt's Articles of
Association, the Annual General Meeting shall be held by the end of May each
year. 

Tamfelt's interim report for January-March 2010 will be published on April 29,
2010, instead of the previously announced April 22, 2010. Metso's interim
report for January-March 2010 will be published on April 29, 2010.
