Mark Winter, Former Deluxe Laboratories Executive, Joins ScheduALL as Executive Board Member

HOLLYWOOD, FL--(Marketwire - March 15, 2010) - ScheduALL, the leading provider of Enterprise Resource Management software to the global broadcast and media industries, today announced that Mark Winter, an internationally recognized authority on IT strategy for business solutions and former head of IT for Deluxe Laboratories, has joined ScheduALL as a strategic advisor and member of the company's Executive Board.

Mr. Winter's 30 year career in IT spans all facets of the motion picture industry, from equipment to processing to exhibition. As an Executive Board member, he will work closely with senior management to help shape the company's technology and product roadmap based on his insight into the needs of the media and entertainment industry around the globe.

Early in his career, Mr. Winter was the vice president of information systems for Cineplex Odeon, then one of the largest North American movie theater operators. From 2000 to 2009, he served as Executive Vice President, Information Technology at Deluxe where he was a member of the Executive Management Committee and was responsible for the company's IT roadmap as well as the implementation and operation of the company's global technology infrastructure. At Deluxe, he oversaw all IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, database architecture, messaging & collaboration and IT security.

Additionally, Mr. Winter ran his own consulting company that provided strategic business solutions to private and public sector organizations in North America, South America and Europe.
