Bure's Annual Report 2009 and Company Presentation 2010

Today Bure has published a company presentation for Bure 2010 together with the
Annual Report for 2009 in Swedish on its website, www.bure.se.  In addition to
the description of operations and presentation of earnings for the Bure
portfolio companies 2009 the presentation includes the portfolio companies added
as a result of the merger with Skanditek Industriförvaltning AB. The
presentation also includes pro forma financials for the new Bure Group as per
December 31, 2009.

The printed versions will be distributed to shareholders who have ordered it.
The English versions will be available on Bure's website in the middle of April.

In the interim report for January-March, which will be published the April 28,
2010, the new group will be consolidated for the first time.
