Sale of Marine Hull business to RSA's subsidiary Codan is completed

As informed in announcement no. 04-2010 TrygVesta Forsikring A/S and Codan
Forsikring A/S, the Danish subsidiary of RSA Insurance Group, have agreed that
Codan will purchase the renewal rights for TrygVestas portfolio of Marine Hull
insurance. The transfer of the renewal rights is now completed. The one-time
profit of DKK 50m is included in the Q1 2010 results.
