Ruukki Group Plc‘s Interim Report for 1 January - 31 March 2010 will be         
published on Friday 28 May 2010 at 11:30 a.m. (before Monday 31 May 2010). The 
Interim Report will be available on the company website at www.ruukkigroup.fi   
after publishing.                                                               

Related to the Interim Report, a conference call for analysts and investors,    
conducted in English, will be held on Friday 28 May 2010 starting at 2:00 p.m.  
Finnish time.
