NOTE's rights issue completed

NOTE's rights issue completed

The rights issue recently conducted by NOTE is now registered at the
Swedish Companies Registration Office. 
The issue has resulted in the following increase of the number of shares
and votes in the company during May 2010:
Prior to the rights issue, there were in total 9,624,200 shares and
votes in NOTE. The number of shares and votes has through the rights
issue increased by 19,248,400. As of May 31, 2010, there are in total
28,872,600 shares and votes in the company.
