Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Maconomy A/S
hereby announces that it has received information that Deltek Inc., now holds
1,193,529 shares of DKK 2 nominal value equivalent to 5.57% of the share
capital in Maconomy A/S.
