Addtech appoints new CFO

Kristina Willgård has been appointed as new CFO at Addtech AB. She will take up
the position on 15 September 2010.

Kristina Willgård has extensive experience from similar positions, including two
previous periods as CFO at listed companies. Her most recent position was as
Finance Director within Ericsson. Kristina will be a part of Addtech's Group
management. Kristina is 45 years old and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
and Economics from the University of Lund.
