Capital reduction in William Demant Holding A/S
As stated in company announcement no 2010-06, William Demant Holding A/S's
ordinary general meeting on 7 April 2010 decided to reduce the Company's share
capital by nominally DKK 606,382 of the Company's holding of own shares.
The reduction was published in the electronic information system of the Danish
Commerce and Companies Agency on 8 April 2010.
The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised.
Thus, the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency is notified of the capital
reduction today.
After the capital reduction, the share capital of William Demant Holding A/S
amounts to DKK 58,349,875.
