No candidates have been nominated for election to the Board of Directors on 22
July 2010
Through company announcement no. 11 of 29 June 2010 Amagerbanken convened an
extraordinary general meeting to be held on Thursday, 22 July 2010.
Through announcement no. 12 of 5 July Amagerbanken informed that the Financial
Stability Company pursuant to the agreement with Amagerbanken for an individual
government guarantee has nominated Mr. Steen Hove, Manager and Mr. Steen
Hemmingsen, Managing Director as their candidates to the Board of Directors in
Amagerbanken. The two candidates will however only be elected at a later general
meeting, which is expected to be held by 15 September 2010.
Therefore, no candidates have been nominated to be proposed for election at the
general meeting on 22 July 2010 by the Board of Directors of Amagerbanken. Item
2 at the agenda about extension of the highest number of board members by 2 to
10 members elected by the general meeting is maintained, however, to make a
later election possible.
