Change in employee representatives in the Board of Directors
Effective today, Helle Uldbjerg, employee representative of Netop Solutions
A/S, has resigned from the Board of Directors of Netop Solutions A/S in
connection with her severance from the Company.
Helle Uldbjergs's alternate, Marcus Kaber, enters the Board of Directors as new
employee representative.
