Interim report for the six months ended 30th June, 2010                         
Summary: Affitech A/S successfully raised DKK 153.5 million in new equity       
finance in a direct offering during April 2010. Through this equity issue       
Affitech has now secured its financial position into early 2012 to continue its 
strategy to become a leading human therapeutic antibody company. Affitech A/S   
generated a loss of DKK 30.6 million for the first six months of 2010.  Revenues
were DKK 1.6 million the first six months of 2010.  The net loss includes a net 
profit in the first quarter from sales of royalty and milestone rights of DKK   
5.9 million deducted by DKK 4.0 million of goodwill that was connected to parts 
of these rights. The Company expects a loss of DKK 80-86 million for the total  
year.
