New major lease agreements in Uppsala Business Park


Klövern has concluded two new major lease agreements in Uppsala Business Park.
Gammadata Mätteknik has signed a ten-year lease and Anticimex a lease for three
years. Both companies will establish in the park this year and their annual
rents will total SEK 2.2 million.

Gammadata Mätteknik AB, Sweden's leading laboratory for measuring radon in
indoor air and water, will rent 850 sq. m. of office and production space and
will move in mid-December 2010. The rent will amount to SEK 1.2 million per year
for ten years.

In mid-December the Uppsala office of the service company Anticimex with its
staff of almost 40 employees will occupy 610 sq. m. of office space and 200 sq.
m. warehouse space in Uppsala Business Park. The rent will total SEK 1.0 million
per year over the three years contract.

Klövern's successful exploitation of Uppsala Business Park continues. The
occupancy rate will rise to approximately 75 per cent when all the rental
agreements made public to date have been taken up. What was once an area with a
single company now houses over 60 enterprises.
