By joining the IntelePeer SuperRegistry and the IntelePeer Global Voice Peering Network, Ooma -- which markets a consumer electronics device that provides free U.S. telephone calling and advanced telephony services to customers worldwide -- gains a single point of interconnection that aggregates more than 416 million telephone number destinations, extends native IP transport and generates significant cost savings. Further, Ooma customers will become additional end-point destinations accessible to other SuperRegistry participants, now numbering over 50 service providers.
