BIGFORK, MT--(Marketwire - September 16, 2010) - At a real estate auction on September 24, Glacier Bank and Marina Cay Estates will combine to sell 38 properties, including 16 condos, in Flathead County, Mont. J. P. King Auction Company, the nation's leading real estate auction marketing firm, will conduct the event.
At Marina Cay Estates on Flathead Lake, 13 condos will sell along with 15 boat slips. The units come in a variety of floor plans that range from two-bedroom, two-bath units to three-bedroom, three-bath units, and include an oversized master suite, stone fireplaces, decks, granite countertops, loft spaces and a single-car garage. The boat slips are at the resort's onsite full-service marina, which also offers water rentals at the dock, with equipment ranging from surfboards to boats and jet skis.

Seven lots will also be offered on auction day with three lots in Bigfork, three in Whitefish and one in Kalispell. The lots range in size from .27 acres to 1.89 acres, and all seven lots will sell absolute with no minimums and no reserves.
