Lappland Goldminers AB (publ) files an application for delisting from the OTC list in Norway

The Board of Directors of Lappland Goldminers AB (publ) has decided to apply for
delisting of Lappland Goldminers shares from the OTC list in Norway. Almost all
trading of the company's shares take place through First North in Sweden and it
is therefore not optimal from an administrative and cost perspective to be
listed on the OTC list in Norway.

The last day of trading on the OTC list in Norway is planned to be 29 October
2010. After the delisting of the shares in Norway the shares of Lappland
Goldminers will continue to trade through First North in Sweden.
