B2 Digital, Inc. Provides Clarification on the NI 43-101 Technical Report Received From Firma Gold Inc.


MESA, Ariz., Oct. 5, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- B2 Digital, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BTDG) announced today that it has received clarification from its Joint Venture Partner, Firma Gold Inc. regarding the claims that form part of the JV Agreement with respect to the NI 43-101 Technical Report for Firma Gold's Courville property.

The NI 43-101 Technical Report includes various claims within the Courville Township property, some of which are not currently owned by Firma Gold including those claims owned by Pershimco Resources. However Firma Gold does retain ownership of four of the largest claims that form part of the NI 43-101 Technical Report and are currently in negotiations to acquire a further 38 claims in the Courville Township area to be added to the JV Agreement, but these claims are not part of the NI 43-101 Technical Report that has been filed.
