Publication in compliance with section 26 paragraph 1 WpHG
On 8 October 2010 we received the following voting rights notifications in
compliance with section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act):
1. The de Haen-Carstanjen & Söhne GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany, informed us
via telefax message, dated 7 October 2010, in compliance with section 21
paragraph 1 WpHG that on 6 October 2010 their proportion in voting capital
in our company fell short of the thresholds of 5% and 3 % and amounted to
0% that day.
2. The TEC Düsseldorf GbR, Düsseldorf, Germany,
informed us via telefax message, dated 7 October 2010, in compliance with
section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that on 6 October 2010 its proportion in voting
capital in our company exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.4%
that day.
3. The Laris GbR, Düsseldorf, Germany, informed us via telefax message,
dated 7 October 2010, in compliance section 21
paragraph 1 WpHG that on 6 October 2010 its proportion in voting capital in
our company exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.23% that day.
Additional notice by the company: To the knowledge of the company the
proportion in voting capital held by TEC Düsseldorf GbR and Laris GbR as
well as the proportion in voting capital formerly held by de
Haen-Carstanjen & Söhne GmbH continues to be ascribed to Prof. Dr. Theo
Siegert, Germany. Thus, the company assumes that the voting rights
notification of Prof. Dr. Siegert dated 06.02.2009 does not need to be
updated.
