Sparekassen Faaborg is going to establish a new branch in Kerteminde in the first quarter of 2011

Sparekassen Faaborg's total number of branches in the island of Funen will then
amount to 24. So far Sparekassen Faaborg has covered the south, west and middle
of Funen plus the Odense area, however, when moving to Kerteminde we are
extending our market area to the east of the island. 

The new branch will be located in the heart of Kerteminde and we expect to be
ready to open in the first quarter of 2011. 

We do not expect that the establishing of a new branch in Kerteminde will
affect the previously published budgeted annual results for 2010.
