Notice on Announced Public Procurement of Joint-stock

The joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a company established and
functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code
220551550, registered address Elektrinės g. 21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter - the
Company), data about the company are collected and stored in the Register of
Legal Entities, hereby informs that on September 29, 2010, the Official Journal
of the European Union and national gazette Valstybės Žinios, Annex
“Informaciniai Pranešimai”, published information about the initiated
procurement procedures for selection of a chief contractor for construction of
Unit 5 of Kruonis pumped storage plant (PSP). The estimated value of the
procurement - LTL 300 million.
