Munters postpones the announcement of the quarterly report for January-September 2010

Due to the recent closing of the divestment of Division MCS and the related
preparation of a closing balance sheet, as well as Cidron Intressenter's ongoing
public offer to the shareholders of Munters, Munters has decided to postpone the
announcement of the quarterly report for January-September 2010.

The quarterly report for January-September 2010 will be published on November
30, 2010.
