FARGO, ND--(Marketwire - November 4, 2010) - Casino Enterprise Management is proud to announce the winners of its inaugural run of the Hospitality Operations Technology Awards, or HOT Awards.
These awards honor six outstanding products. Nominations were divided into six different categories, with one winner selected from each. The categories were: employee productivity and efficiency, revenue generation, guest experience enhancement, self-service products, media and content management, and Internet services. Nominations reflected many products that make a positive difference in gaming and hospitality operations.
A panel of judges was assembled and tasked with combing nomination materials to decide the winner in each category. These select judges were: Peter Arceo, principal, Strategic Gaming Advisors; Katrina Lane, senior vice president and CTO, Harrah's Entertainment; Bart A. Lewin, president and founder, Datalytica Inc.; and Claudia Winkler, president, G.H.I. Solutions Inc.
