Tilgin receives volume order for VDSL Home Gateways from wilhelm.tel in
Germany

Stockholm, Sweden, November 16, 2010: Tilgin, a leading provider of
solutions for multiplay and next-generation broadband access, has
received an initial order from the German triple play provider
wilhelm.tel to provide VDSL Home gateways and remote management
solutions to the city of Norderstedt, Hamburg and the surrounding areas'
fiber broadband pnetwork (FTTH).

Tilgin will provide its ISDN version of the HG1213i VDSL Home Gateway
and Remote Management System, VCM, for use in the wilhelm.tel network.
The initial order is for 2,500 homes, and delivery is planned already in
late November of this year.

wilhelm.tel is part of the Stadtwerke Norderstedt, a publicly owned
utility company providing gas, water, electrical power, district heating
and regional public transportation to consumers in the Hamburg region.
Additionally, wilhelm.tel is considered to be one of Germany's leading
broadband operators, and Tilgin has been providing its Home gateway
solutions since collaboration started in 2007. This new order enables
wilhelm.tel to leverage an already existing infrastructure in the region
to further offer internet access and IP-telephony services.
