On November 25, 2010 Kabel Deutschland Holding AG received notifications of
voting rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and of behalf of
the below named entities with the following content:
1. Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway)
Norges Bank, Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG that on November 23, 2010 the voting rights of Norges Bank in Kabel
Deutschland Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.07%
(2,761,929 voting rights) as of November 23, 2010. The voting rights are
held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway).
2. State of Norway
The state of Norway has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that
on November 23, 2010 the voting rights of the state of Norway in Kabel
Deutschland Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3.07%
(2,761,929 voting rights) as of November 23, 2010. The voting rights are
held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway). Norges Bank (Central Bank of
Norway) is controlled by the state of Norway, and voting rights held by
Norges Bank are to be attributed to the state of Norway pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
