Skjern Bank buys back and cancels the bonds issued by government guarantee - ISIN code DK0030253224

In July 2010 Skjern Bank issued a bond with nominal value of DKK 250,000,000
that was guaranteed by the Financial Stability Company on behalf of the Danish
state. 

With a background in Skjern Bank's good liquidity position, the bank decided to
buy back the bonds, delist them from Nasdaq OMX and cancel them at VP
Securities A / S. Delisting will take place 30th November 2010 and the bonds
will be canceled by the 3rd December 2010.
