Company Announcement No 102, 2010, Auction of mortgage covered bonds in Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab

In the company announcement no. 97 dated November 15, 2010, we published the
terms and conditions applying to Nordea Kredit´s forthcoming auctions to
refinance ARMs as at January 1, 2011 as well as the expected amounts to be
refinanced.

These expected amounts have been changed and the updated expected amounts as
well as the auction plan appear from the table overleaf.

The final amount of bonds to be auctioned by Nordea Kredit will be published in
a company announcement on December 1, 2010.
