Satair A/S to issue new shares in connection with the exercise of share options

Satair A/S has today, December 2, 2010, effected an increase of the share
capital by a nominal amount of DKK 20,000 as a consequence of the exercise of
share options. It is expected that the share capital increase will be
registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency today, December 2,
2010. Subsequently, the registered share capital will amount to a nominal value
of DKK 85,665,040 corresponding to 4,283,252 shares of a nominal value of DKK
20 each and a corresponding number of votes. 

The new shares have been subscribed according to the issued share options
without pre-emption rights for Satair A/S's existing shareholders and the
subscription price was DKK 250 per share of a nominal value of DKK 20. The new 
shares are subject to the same terms as the company's remaining shares. 

The new shares carry the right to dividend, if any, according to the 2010/2011
financial statements from the time of registration of the capital increase. It
is expected that the shares will be accepted for listing with Nasdaq OMX 
Copenhagen A/S on December 7, 2010.

After this exercise, there are 119,228 remaining share options.
